This booking will be served by Renta Flordia, having a registered office at 3990 NW 26TH ST MIAMI 33142.
In case of booking disputes. The customer shall contact Renta Florida. Contact: 00 1 786-271-4447.

For USA and Canadian Citizens

For excess Km an additional charge of USD 0.50 per mile will apply.
A local renter is defined as a renter who is a resident of USA - Florida.

Deposit
A refundable deposit of USD 1500 will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.
Cross Border Travel
Crossing country/State borders is not allowed.
In the event that Cross Border and Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity and there will be a plenty of 2000 USD. 
Toll Service
An E-Toll is offered in order to avoid violation fees.
Prepaid tolls are available for USD 14.95 per day.
E-Toll/Sunpass activation fee is USD 9.95 per day.
If the customer declines Toll pass / E-toll device, a penalty of USD 29.99 for each toll used in addition to the cost for each paid or unpaid toll will apply.
If the customer removes Toll pass / E-toll device from the car, an additional penalty of USD 500 will apply.
Personal toll device is not allowed.

Insurance Coverage
Credit card insurances are not accepted.
The following insurance type(s) Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI), Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), Third Party Liability (TPL) is (are) not included for residents of Canada, USA.
Insurance is accepted only if issued in the following country(ies): USA.
Insurance from outside the US is not accepted.
In order to use the renter's own insurance, he/she must provide proof of TPL and CDW coverage in his/her own name, issued by one of the following companies: State Farm, Liberty Mutual, Geico and All State.
Insurance must include liability insurance (SLI) with a limit of at least 1 million USD and USD 8000 for Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) Coverage for rental vehicle.
Renter must provide a proof of own insurance. Acceptable proof of insurance must include insurance declaration page, liability insurance (SLI) coverage with a limit of at least 1 million USD, insurance ID card with the exact coverage shown and the same name and address as on the driver license and Insurance, that is valid for at least 3 months before the pickup date, insurance declaration page, that matches with the home address on the driving license.
If you provide your own insurance, you will be charged an administrative fee of USD 14.97 per day.
If you do not comply with the insurance requirements listed above OR your self-Insurance/Credit card insurance is not from the above mentioned companies, you need to purchase insurance at the rental desk in order to rent the vehicle.
Otherwise, the renter will be required to purchase TPL and CDW for an additional charge:

Drivers Age
Minimum driver's age requirement is 21 years and the maximum driver’s age is 75 years.
A young driver surcharge of USD 15.99 per day will apply for driver's age from 21 years to 24 years.
Driver’s License
Driver must present a full and valid driving license which has been held for a minimum of 1 year with no major endorsements. Also, a valid ID card or passport would be required at the time of pick up.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main driver’s name, booking voucher.
Fees
Airport fee is included in the rental amount.
Other fees
You are responsible for the cost of any parking fines and other penalties incurred whilst the vehicle is contracted to you. The rental office will pass the relevant charges on to you plus any administrative expenses.
Breakdown Assistance
Breakdown Assistance is available for an additional charge of USD 7.99 per day. Relevant contact details and roadside assistance procedures will be given prior to the commencement of the hire.
Fuel Policy
You have to return the vehicle with same fuel amount as it was supplied to you at the time of pickup. In case of less fuel missing fuel will be charged in addition to a refueling charge on your return. Unused fuel is not refundable. Fuel charges are payable at the rental desk unless otherwise stated. Supplier's fuel policies change from time to time, please confirm at rental counter.
Tax Rate
Tax is included in the rental price. However, for all the optional extras or special equipment, or extra services, taxes would be levied separately.
Payment Methods
Only MasterCard and Visa credit cards are accepted. Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.
Credit card is mandatory for Security Deposit.
Payment can be made with Visa and Master Debit Card and Cash but Credit card is must for Security Deposit.
Delivery and Collection
Delivery and Collection service is not available.
Out of Hours
Out of hours service is available at a charge of USD 149 for each pickup or drop off.
Grace Period
Supplier may allow a grace period for vehicle pick up / return at his own discretion.
Supplier will deny to give you the rental vehicle in case you are not able to rent the vehicle during the grace period.
Additional charges will apply in case you are late to return the vehicle or return the vehicle at the rental desk beyond your drop off time/check in time.

Extras
Confirmation of Special Equipment depends upon the availability at the rental desk.

An International Driver’s License (IDL) must be required if the renter’s national driving license is not in English alphabet.
International driver license must be accompanied by the original domestic license of the driver.

Insurance Coverage
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) It is included in your rental amount. Collision damage waiver reduces the customer’s damage responsibility to the excess/deductible amount. The excess amount of CDW is USD 4000 for all vehicle groups.
Theft Waiver (THW) It is included in your rental amount. It reduces the client's financial responsibility for loss or theft to the vehicle to the sum of the deductible. The excess amount of THW is USD 4000 for all vehicle groups.
Third Party Liability Insurance (TPL) It is included in your rental amount. Insurance coverage for the vehicle rented includes Third Party Liability with a limited amount for bodily injury and property damage. Bodily injury limit: USD 300000.00 Property damage limit: USD 50000.00 Mandatory coverage for injuries and damage you may cause to others while driving the car.

Excess Reduction
Two (2) additional insurance options are available to reduce the liability at the rental desk.
Option 1: Reduces the liability up to a small manageable amount i.e. USD 2500. The price of this option is USD 29.99 per day for all vehicle groups.
Option 2: Reduces the liability up to a small manageable amount i.e. USD 1000. The price of this option is USD 44.99 per day for all vehicle groups.
It may not cover Glass, tyres and other accessories. Super CDW is optional and can be purchased at the rental desk. For more information please check at the rental desk.
